We only stayed one night in a tour of Suffolk and Norfolk but if I had known how good it was going to be I would have stayed a week! This used to be the home of Benjamin Britten and the rooms are all named after famous composers. We were in 'Mozart'. The man himself would have loved this room. It combined old world charm with modern touches. A bathroom bigger than the one I have at home was the en-suite. The room had a brilliant TV and a mini fridge as well as every pampering goodie you could name. The owners are so lovely. Nothing is too much trouble and the breakfast was enormous. Followed by homemade jams and marmalades – when was the last time you found that at a B&B? I was very sad to leave the next day. I just wanted to sit in my room, In the comfy armchairs looking out over the front, and read my book in the warm sunshine that gently peeked through the window. It's an old world retreat full of surprises and to be recommended. A1 for comfort, cleanliness and hospitality. We shall return!
