Particulary disappointed with the lack of food and drink on short haul which was one of the reasons we always booked with BA. Now I gather they are going to re-configure their planes to increase no. of seats and decrease leg room. Frankly, it will be unbearable and I shall have to find other airlines with a greater seat pitch.
