Stayed 3 nights at Boscolo Aleph and was pleased with easy location. The Boscolo chain has another hotel very nearby, on the Via Veneto. This one was quiet and staffed with knowlegeable, kindly and gracious staff. Travelled with a friend who also booked a single. Treatment from check-in to check-out was top notch. Breakfasts were rich and generous, with many fresh fruits, meats, cheeses and freshly-baked pastries. Evening turndown was lovely, with linen bath step mats on the bedside, crisply starched and pressed. My only regret was that this chain does not provide a tea/coffee maker. With jet lag a recurring event in my travels, I look forward to a cup of tea at irregular times. Boscolo Aleph has a pay-bar in the room, so if management determined that the in-room tea maker was not needed because of available room service, then why place a pay-bar in the room? I didn't use the pay-bar but I imagine that the downstairs bar provides ample service and could outfit room service with made-to-order drinks. Approximately five steps to climb to enter the hotel. I walk with a cane. Did not see any handicapped access from the street.
