Reasons for trip

I had visited Norfolk a few times but didn’t even know this was here! This is the beautiful Tudor house where Anne Boleyn was born, it is truly stunning. The house staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I was pleased to find it has a lift which enabled me to see upstairs too, the first historic house I have found a lift in. Lovely grounds to walk round and a cafe to enjoy a cream tea afterwards. There is a brilliant second hand book shop, a small gift shop and a garden shop. Well worth a visit.
