Wonderful quiet away from it all location. A small grassy site next to the farm with a gate onto the open fell, it is mostly flat with a stream running along one side. There are eight electric hook ups and a hardstanding area. Caravans, motorhomes and tents are all welcome, it is only a short detour from the Cumbria Way if you are walking.

There is also a lovely cottage to rent next to the farmhouse which is lovingly furnished and very clean and welcoming. The owners are lovely, very friendly and do not intrude but are also very approachable if you do require any help and welcome children and dogs. There is a 10pm noise curfew which helps to maintain the peaceful and relaxing environment. A lovely teashop which also sells meals and ice-creams is a small ride/walk away.

The place to go to escape the rat race.
