We purchased a KGB deal on this hotel, 2 nights B&B plus one dinner for two for £99. That was a good deal for what we had. Our room was ready when we arrived at the hotel which is on the edge of town and very easy to find. The staff were all very pleasant. The room was a good size at the back of the hotel overlooking the stream and recreation ground, lot of ducks around! It was very clean and of a good size, with kettle TV and masses of hot water (very hot indeed). The meals were not wonderful, they were acceptable. We really could not complain for the price we paid. Disabled would be able to get access to the room as ours was on the ground floor and a straight run through to the dining room and bar. There was an easy walk into Tiverton town through the back of Tesco's car park. It is a nice little town with a few independent shops, a lot of charity shops (12 apparently) and a small department store. There were some quite nice cafes and it was a pleasant place to while away a couple of days on a break. There is easy access down country to Exeter on the motorway or up-country to Barnstable and Lynton and Lymouth. You can drive over the top of Exmoor, but the day we were there you could not see 10 yards either side of the car due to the rain, but that is our luck on a break we pack our own clouds and take them everywhere. All in all though it was a nice break and it took us away from the never-ending jobs at home. There is a loyalty scheme that Best Western run so if you use them regularly you can get points for other things.
