We have just returned from a most enjoyable stay at the Knight's Hill Hotel- a Best Western Plus hotel. We were upgraded to an executive room. (As members of Best Western you receive an automatic upgrade as long as a better room is available. As we are very recent members this was our first time to try this out and it worked without us having to ask so if you haven't joined Best Western it might be worth considering, especially as it's free! ) Our room on the first floor was large and comfortable with a balcony over a lovely walled garden. Breakfast was good and the dining room also had pleasant garden or countryside views. Access to the nice pool , sauna, steam room and jacuzzi was free for residents but an additional fee was payable if you wanted to use the separate spa rooms, where I did treat myself to a very relaxing massage. Evening meals are available both in the hotel dining room and in an adjoining pub. We had one evening meal in the dining room.It was a bit disappointing and did not live up to the price!
This hotel is perfectly placed for both King's Lynn and the coast. It is situated at a roundabout but we were not bothered by traffic noise. If you like wandering around an old port or crunching along single beaches spotting birds then this might be the spot for you. The cost for three nights B&B was £213- a very good price we thought.
