We stayed at the hotel Avenida right in the heart of the old town. It’s not full of discos
and nightclubs like the new town area, so is ideal for those who don’t want to walk far.
It’s more of an authentic Spanish feel to it with plenty of fine restaurants and bars right on your doorstep. Of course, for those who like long walks there is a marvelous spotless
promenade which covers both the Levante and Poniente beaches.

The Avenida hotel is great for couples with a lovely food selection and you can stay
B/B half board or all inclusive. Rooms are cleaned daily and all the staff are very friendly. There is a roof top pool and a gym and jacuzzi.

Months from Late September to May are popular for those who like the resort to be
quieter than in the summer months.
