We have visited this restaurant before so this is an up-date. The restaurant is in a good location, just round the corner from Leicester Square underground and an interesting area to stroll around as there is always something going on.
As always, the house white wine was very drinkable, especially with the mixed olives rather than a starter. For the main course we chose wide pasta tubes with a creamy sauce – Les chose the one with chilli – and for dessert shared 3 shot glasses of salted caramel chocolate, creamy panacotta with cherry compote (bit like a cheesecake as it had a crumb base) and a strawberry mixture with wafer curl (though no fresh strawberries on the top like in the picture).
It was a good meal, but we didn’t enjoy the shot glass desserts like we usually do so think something must have changed since last time. So, good but not exceptional although the 20% discount voucher from the tourist map definitely helped.
