We had been given lunch at the restaurant by our kids for Xmas. Very easy to book in – arrived a little early and the reception we had from the staff was just superb. We were shown to the terrace and ordered a glass of wine and sat out admiring the fantastic view. The restaurant was buzzing and had a really good feel considering it was a Thursday lunchtime.
We had a set menu with a bottle of wine and each course had four choices all of which I could have chosen. The staff, food and atmosphere was just great. On looking at the set menu for lunch it was not at all overpriced considering the standard of food, efficiency and friendliness of staff and the superb view and atmosphere.
A must for anyone looking for a special lunch – would book ahead though.
