This is an interesting concept. I believe the rooms to be converted artists studios. I stayed here in September as my daughter and family were staying nearby. Right in the middle of Porthleven. extremely convenient for all amenities. clean very comfortable bedrooms (five in all) with tea/coffee facilities and a very useful little fridge. No breakfast due to Covid but normally they issue breakfast vouchers for local cafes on waterfront. However, there’s a lovely roof terrace with table and chairs where I ate my own breakfast for fruit cereal.
The only downside is that it can be noisy as narrow Cobbled streets, restaurants all around and local traffic. Sound carries! Take good ear plugs and you will be fine!!
