The above hotel was luxurious, clean and the staff were great. They could not do enough for you whatever your request. We asked to change our room because of the noise of the entertainment each evening which did not finish until 2am, This was done immediately without any fuss. Unfortunately, half way through the holiday it was invaded by several hen and stag parties the behaviour of which was appalling to say the least. I was ashamed to be British ! This hotel was classed as "couples only" which I believe was the reason it was chosen by the "invaders". One really does not want to see people getting drunk all day, taking over the pool area and shouting, going topless and generally performing like louts. Such a pity, because generally the hotel was excellent. We went with Thomsons and apparently they do not book hen parties and suchlike but they booked directly with the hotel. Beware is all I can say !
