Alnwick Gardens have been designed with accessibility in mind and staff have disability awareness training.
There is level access into all the buildings. Even the rope bridges to the tree house are accessible. Only the top level of the Treehouse (the Nest and the rooftop viewing point) are not accessible.There are wheelchair routes around the garden avoiding any steps. paths are wide and well made.
There are free wheelchairs and mobility scooters for hire, although visitors are recommended to book in advance. There are plenty of accessible toilets around the site.
There is a free car park for Blue Badge holders just off Denwick LAne, with visitors entering through the gate near here.
There is a concessionary rate for disabled visitors with a complementary ticket for their carers.
