This self catering cottage is ideally situated for visiting the National Trust properties, Bateman's, Bodiam Castle, Scotney Castle, Sheffield Park and Sissinghurst Castle Gardens. In addition Great Dixter, Merriments and Pashley Manor gardens are nearby.

Ticehurst is a friendly village with a convenience store, a good cafe( The Greedy Goat), well stocked greengrocers, a couple of pubs and interesting vernacular architecture. There are several farm shops nearby.

The single storey accommodation has 3 bedrooms so is suitable for friends, couples or a family. It is well appointed, in a good state of repair and decor. There is a small sheltered private garden to the rear.

The possible drawbacks are shallow steps between rooms, only one bathroom and off road parking for one car only.
