Stayed at the Alandene, for 4 nights from 12 September. Very nice little B&B, on Park Road. About 5 minutes walk back from the Promenade, if you are fit and well, if not the bus stop is 10 yards from front of hotel. The taxi services are very good in Blackpool, and hotel has cards for them. Lovely and quiet at night, so you get a good nights sleep. Rooms are pretty basic, but the room i stayed in was spotless. En suite and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The owners are lovely, and go out of their way, for anything you need. If you are disabled there are 2 family rooms on the ground floor in the annexe, I am walking wounded and we had a wheelchair person in our party.. Breakfast was adequate, but set menu. Breakfast room was spotless. Would definitely stay there again.
