Reasons for trip

Before travelling tried to contact the call centre in England but had no luck. So thought the worst. The flight was delayed for around 3 hours but we were kept informed and told the connecting flights at Mumbai would be held until we got there. Once in the air found that the plane was clean, the staff were very nice, the seats we good, tv was fine. The meals we had pre ordered were very good, better than some airlines. Drinks of all types were available freely and free of charge. On arriving our connecting flights were waiting for all of the ongoing passengers and we got through the immigration quickly and onto the next fight and up in the air again to our destination fairly quickly. All in all great staff and service.
