Reasons for trip

This was an all-round excellent hotel catering for all age groups and a wide range of nationalities, right next to the superb promenade and wonderful beach. What struck us most was the thoughtful design, which made it excellent for wheelchair users, of which there were quite a number. After leaving the transport from the airport there is not one step which has to be negotiated. Everything is on the level or up a gentle slope, or can be accessed via large, efficient lifts. The rooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms, though ours wasn’t specifically designed for wheelchairs. The staff are friendly, and completely unphased by anyone with special needs. Fully recommended.
