We visited one of these villas last May, there are three in total, and it was the most magical, peaceful and relaxing holidays we have ever had, the villa was extremely comfortable, with one of the bedrooms on the ground floor which was great for elderly visitors, a large lounge, large fully loaded kitchen, large grounds, I counted 18 olive trees in our garden, a lovely pool with a jacuzzi as an added bonus, its hard to put into words really how lovely this property, and island is, a small island full of tranquility and the people are second to none, it seems that anything you book, whether a meal in a restaurant, or a day trip out, we were offered collection from the actual villa so very easy all round. I highly recommend looking at Zante as your next destination.
