I thoroughly enjoyed this eight-day cruise along the Danube River. Started in Budapest which is a wonderful city, and then sailed along to Vienna where we had a day to explore and also took an optional excursion to Bratislava which I would highly recommend. Further along we stopped in many small picturesque towns and villages in Austria including Durnstein, Melk and Linz, before crossing into Germany and visiting Passau and Nuremberg. APT were a fantastic company to cruise with, the ship was modern and beautifully appointed, the food was incredible – buffet breakfast and four course lunch and dinner with drinks. All in all a brilliant way to see a lot of different places in Europe from the comfort of a floating hotel!
