Excitement is building as Emerald Cruises prepares to unveil its newest luxury yacht, Emerald Sakara. Marking her inaugural sailing, the eight-day Ionian Sea Adventure, cruising from Athens to Rome, is scheduled to depart 5th August 2023. Following her debut voyage, Emerald Sakara will embark on a summer season, exploring the pristine coastal waters of Italy, Greece, Turkey, and the Adriatic.
From there, Emerald Sakara will then journey across the Atlantic for a winter of sunshine in the Caribbean & Central America. The first Eastern Caribbean & Grenadines sailing is scheduled to depart 18th November 2023.
Custom and purpose-built, Emerald Sakara is the second addition to the esteemed Emerald Cruises yacht fleet, following on from her identical sister yacht, Emerald Azzurra, which launched in March 2022.
These extraordinary vessels are unparalleled gems, boasting 50 luxurious suites and staterooms, with the majority featuring their own private balcony or terrace. Mirroring her sister ship, Emerald Sakara accommodates a maximum of 100 guests per journey, ensuring an intimate and exclusive cruising experience. Guests will revel in the opportunity to explore secluded coves and picturesque harbours accessible only to small yachts.
On board Emerald Sakara, guests can indulge in ultimate relaxation at the Wellness Centre, complete with a spa, gym, and state-of-the-art infrared sauna. The Sky Bar, infinity-style Aqua Pool, and comfortable public areas are perfect for unwinding and embracing the mesmerising surroundings.
