Flag carrier British Airways announced the launch of four additional routes from London City airport this summer; Barcelona, Thessaloniki, Luxembourg and Milan Malpensa.
Milan Malpensa replaces Milan Linate with the service commencing 27 March. Luxembourg also starts on this date.
Thessaloniki will launch 18 June, with weekly flights on Saturdays. Swiftly followed with the first flight to Barcelona on 19 June. Barcelona will operate six times a week, daily except for Saturday.
Popular summer getaways Jersey and Guernsey also return following their debut in summer 2021. Flights will operate on Monday and Friday from 20 June to 2 September.
Great news for leisure travellers in the capital.
