HF Holidays

Oh, the joys of getting out into the countryside – never before have so many of us strode, ambled or strolled around these islands, often exploring our local area and finding untold treasures. At Silver Towers, we call it ‘going for a stomp’. This month we offer you the chance to go somewhere new and continue walking, whilst based at an HF Holidays Country House Hotel. There are 17 properties based in National Parks or Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, so you’re pretty much guaranteed glorious countryside.

Pop across to the Isle of Wight, with its stunning coastline, interesting gardens and nostalgic atmosphere, head for the Scottish Highlands to stay beside Loch Leven enjoying magnificent views across the water or stay on Exmoor, amid splendid grounds,  with the Somerset coastal path close by. Wherever you decide to go, there’s a welcoming atmosphere and good service. The walking leaders are huge fun and founts of local knowledge. Every care is taken to maintain Covid-19 security, so you can holiday with confidence.

HF HolidaysOur prize is a 3-night Guided Walking weekend in a standard double or twin room (with the option to upgrade to a premium room for extra size or views) and includes full board accommodation from arrival to departure for 2 people sharing, arriving Friday departing Monday, staying at an HF Holidays UK country property of your choice. The walking holiday offers a choice of up to three walks each day, ranging from easy, medium and harder walks, which will be led by an experienced HF Holidays Leader. Walking routes will be outlined by the Leaders during the arrival evening and can be selected the evening before the day of the walk.

Many Silver Travellers have enjoyed HF Holidays, read their reviews.

Been looking for something like this for ages! Talk about 70 being the new 60, I am inclined to think it is the new 50! We have been so lucky to have lived through peaceful times in general and Health education and NHS have served us well! Thankyou UK.
