Terms and conditions – Grandchildren and Grandparents go InterRailing

1. You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.
2. No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of of InterRail or Silver Travel Advisor nor anyone else connected with the draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter.
3. Entries for the prize draw will be accepted until the closing date 31 March 2015.
4. The prize with My InterRail includes the following:
• Eurostar tickets to Brussels (return) for 2 seniors and 2 children.
• Hotel and Food cost contributions up to £1500 max.
• 2 Senior 1st class InterRail passes for 5 days travel in 10 passes and 2 Junior 1st class 5 days in 10 passes. You can choose wherever you want to travel to within the Benelux countries and Germany, as well as how long you want to stay in each place.
5. Winners must meet the My InterRail Eligibility Requirements.
6. The winners will be notified in early April 2015, and full details of how to claim your prize will be given at that time. The names of the winners will be displayed on this website.
7. The winners cannot transfer the prize to another person. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the specified prize. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
8. The organisers reserve the right to provide a substitute prize if the specified prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
9. The winner and partner must be 60 years of age or over and the grandchildren must be under 18 years.
10. Travel insurance and gratuities are not included in the prize, however it is essential that the winners take out adequate travel insurance.
11. Winners must supply valid passports, visas and where necessary, health documents, vaccinations and inoculations for themselves.
12. British passport holders should ensure that they have 6 months validity remaining. Holders of other nationality passports should check with their nearest embassy for individual requirements.
13. The organisers cannot accept any responsibility for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documentation lost or delayed in the post.
14. Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer. The organisers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. This promotion will be governed by English Law.
