Win Royal Yacht Britannia tickets and cream tea for two

With the wedding of Prince Harry and Megan Markle still in mind, here’s a fantastic opportunity to win a pair of tickets to visit The Royal Yacht Britannia, where as children, the young princes Harry and William enjoyed many happy summer holidays sailing around the west coast of Scotland. And to round off your visit, there’s a delicious cream tea to look forward to as well!

Royal Family leave BritanniaNow based in Edinburgh, Her Majesty The Queen’s former floating palace is also where Prince Charles and Princess Diana honeymooned, and more recently, where the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince Harry and Zara Philips enjoyed a reception on board (pictured on the right).

The iconic Royal Yacht also acted as ambassador for Great Britain, playing host to over a thousand glittering state banquets and official receptions. Kings and queens, world leaders and celebrities were all wined and dined on board, from Frank Sinatra and Liz Taylor to presidents Mandela and Clinton.

Rated as Scotland’s Best Visitor Attraction for 12 years running by VisitScotland and in TripAdvisor’s UK Top 10 for 6 years, The Royal Yacht Britannia is one of the country’s most accessible attractions, with access to all 5 decks.

Featured in the popular Netflix ‘The Crown’, the free audio tour gives a rare glimpse into the public and private lives of the British Royal Family, with highlights including the State Apartments, the Sun Lounge and the Engine Room.
