Jennie had a marvellous time interviewing the wonderful chef Rosemary Shrager for the Silver Travel Show recently, and they got round to chatting about the glories of cakes around the world. Food and travel do, after all, go hand in hand. Rosemary’s favourite nibble is the Italian apple cake.

If you would like a free pair of tickets for either the Manchester (10 -13 November 2016) Cake & Bake Show, tell us which is your favourite ‘international’ cake and why.
