Terms and conditions: Win one of two short breaks in stunning Town and Country Hotels, or hotel stay vouchers

1. No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of The Athenaeum, Hartwell House & Spa and Pride of Britain Hotels or Silver Travel Advisor nor anyone else connected with the draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter.
2. You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.
3. Entries for the prize draw will be accepted until the closing date 30 June 2021.
4. The winners will be notified in early July 2021, and full details of how to book will be given at that time. The name of the winners will be displayed on this website. The winners must agree to participate in any reasonable press or PR activity relating to the competition. The winners must agree to his/her name and/or photo and/or likeness being used for publicity purposes, without compensation.
5. Competition entry is for members of Silver Travel Advisor resident in the UK.
6. The winner cannot transfer the prize to another person. The prize is non-refundable. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the specified prize. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
7. The prizes are a two-night stay for 2 people to include full English breakfast, a glass of Champagne followed by dinner on 1 night in the restaurant, at both The Athenaeum in London and Hartwell House & Spa in the Vale of Aylesbury. In addition, The Athenaeum is providing 2 complimentary spa treatments and Hartwell House & Spa is providing full afternoon tea for 2 people. Hotel stays will be at the discretion of the General Manager and are subject to availability.   

8. A further prize is £250 worth of vouchers from Pride of Britain Hotels to be used within 2 years of issue.   

9. Winners are responsible for any additional costs such as tips, spa treatments, optional excursions and travel insurance.
10. No responsibility is accepted for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets, goods or other documentation lost or delayed in the post. The Athenaeum, Hartwell House & Spa and Pride of Britain Hotels and Silver Travel Advisor are excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might occur to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of the prize.
11. Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer. The organisers’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered.
12. Entry to this competition shall be deemed full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions. The Athenaeum, Hartwell House & Spa and Pride of Britain Hotels reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions.
13. This promotion will be governed by English Law.
