Terms and conditions – Win an exciting week in Evora

This prize draw has now closed.

1. You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.
2. No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of the Hotel M’ar De Ar Aqueduto, the Alentejo Promotion Office, the various excursion providers or Silver Travel Advisor nor anyone else connected with the draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter
3. Entries for the prize draw will be accepted until the closing date Friday 30th January 2015.
4. The prize with the Hotel M’ar De Ar Aqueduto is a 7 night stay for 2 people on a Half board basis to be taken in 2015 subject to availability and the General Manager’s discretion.  The prize also includes a wine tasting at Rota dos Vinhos do Alentejo and entrance to Capela dos Ossos and St Francisco Church. 
5. Flights and transfers are not included and must be arranged by the winners at their own expense.
6. The winners will be notified in early February 2015, and full details of how to book will be given at that time. The name of the winners will be displayed on this website.
7. The winner cannot transfer the prize to another person. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the specified prize. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer
8. The organisers reserve the right to provide a substitute prize if the specified prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
9. The winner and partner must be 18 years of age or over.
10. Travel insurance and gratuities are not included in the prize, however it is essential that the winner and partner take out adequate travel insurance.
11. Winners and their companion must supply valid passports, visas and where necessary, health documents, vaccinations and inoculations for themselves.
12. British passport holders should ensure that they have 6 months validity remaining. Holders of other nationality passports should check with their nearest embassy for individual requirements.
13. The organisers cannot accept any responsibility for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documentation lost or delayed in the post.
14. Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer. The organisers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. This promotion will be governed by English Law.
16. The prize is subject to the hotel and excursion providers’ own terms and conditions.
