- No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of InterRail, ATOC or Silver Travel Advisor nor anyone else connected with the draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter.
- You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.
- Entries for the prize draw will be accepted until the closing date 31st May 2016.
- The prize includes 2 Interrail 1st class Senior Global Passes, which are valid for 5 days within 15 days, and for travel during September 2016. The prize also includes £1,600 towards accommodation costs incurrred during the trip.
- The winners will be notified in early June 2016, and full details of how to book will be given at that time. The name of the winners will be displayed on this website.
- The winners must agree to keep a daily diary of their travels (4 entries minimum, each around 800 words), and to submit this to Silver Travel Advisor within 30 days of returning from the trip, along with a selection of photos. Full details will be given to the winner of what is required.
- The winner cannot transfer the prize to another person. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the specified prize.
- The winner and partner must be 50 years of age or over.
- Travel insurance is not included in the prize, however it is essential that the winner and partner take out adequate travel insurance.
- Winners and their companion must supply valid passports, visas and where necessary, health documents, vaccinations and inoculations for themselves.
- British passport holders should ensure that they have 6 months’ validity remaining. Holders of other nationality passports should check with their nearest embassy for individual requirements.
- Neither ATOC InterRail or SilverTravel Advisor accept any responsibility for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documentation lost or delayed in the post.
- Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer.
- The organisers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- This promotion will be governed by English Law.
- The prize is subject to the standard InterRail eligibility rules and conditions of use.
