Terms and conditions – Win a Fantastica Mediterranean Cruise with MSC Cruises

1. You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.
2. No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of MSC Cruises or Silver Travel Advisor Ltd., nor anyone else connected with the draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter.
3. Entries for the prize draw will be accepted until the closing date August 31st 2015.
4. The prize is for 2 adults sharing and is a 7-night cruise for 2 adults in the Mediterranean including full-board accommodation. The departure date is subject to availability and excludes Christmas, New Year, Easter, July and August departures.
5.  The prize excludes all flights and transfers, any items of a personal nature, any excursions.
6. The winner must book the cruise before 30 September 2015, and the cruise must be taken before 31 December 2016 subject to availability and exclusion dates detailed in point 4.
7. The winners will be notified in early September 2015, and full details of how to book will be given at that time. The name of the winners will be displayed on this website.
8. The prize is capacity controlled, non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
9. The organisers reserve the right to provide a substitute prize if the specified prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
10. The winner must be 18 years of age or over.
11. Travel insurance is not included in the prize, however it is essential that the winner and their party take out adequate travel insurance.
12. Winners and their party must supply valid passports, visas and health documents, vaccinations and inoculations for themselves.
13. The organisers cannot accept any responsibility for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documentation lost or delayed in the post.
14. Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer. The organisers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. This promotion will be governed by English Law.
16. The prize is subject to the tour operators’ own terms and conditions.
