Terms and Conditions – Staying in a superb villa in Turkey

1. No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of CV Villas or Silver Travel Advisor nor anyone else connected with the draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter.
2. You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.
3. Entries for the prize draw will be accepted until the closing date 31 October 2015.
4. The prize relates to villa rental only for seven nights from 16 – 23 May 2016 and excludes return flights, transfers and car hire.
5. The winner and their chosen travelling companions must be able to travel on the specified dates, as once advised of the names of the six participating passengers.  CV Villas are unable to make a substitution.
6. The winner will be notified in early November, and full details of how to book will be given at that time. The name of the winner will be displayed on this website.
7. The winner cannot transfer the prize to another person. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the specified prize. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other CV Villas promotional offer.
8. CV Villas reserves the right to provide a substitute prize if the specified prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
9. The winner and partner must be 18 years of age or over.
10. Travel insurance and gratuities are not included in the prize, however it is essential that the winner and partner take out adequate travel insurance.
11. Winners and their companions must supply valid passports, visas and where necessary, health documents, vaccinations and inoculations for themselves.
12. British passport holders should ensure that they have 6 months validity remaining. Holders of other nationality passports should check with their nearest embassy for individual requirements.

14. CV Villas accepts no responsibility for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documentation lost or delayed in the post.
15. Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer. The organisers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. This promotion will be governed by English Law.
