  1. The prize draw is not open to any employee or agent of Silver Travel Advisor, G Adventures or any associated company.
  2. The prize draw closes on 13 October 2019, and the winner will be confirmed in early November 2019.
  3. The Winner is entitled to two (2) free places on G Adventures’ Golden Triangle tour (trip code: AHGT – no substitute) departing before 30 June 2020 and must be booked before 15 December 2019.
  4. The chosen departure date must already have four other full paying passengers confirmed on the tour to be eligible for this prize. Not valid for travel or booking between 15 December 2019 and 4 January 2020.
  5. This prize includes return economy flights for the winner and one guest for up to £500 per person, departing from London as determined by the Sponsor, G Adventures. Once any ticket has been issued, the origin and destination cannot be changed.
  6. The winner and guest must travel together on prize flights and tour. Frequent flyer mileage accumulation, use of e-upgrade certificates, and stopovers are not permitted.
  7. Prize flights and tour must be taken in one trip, and both require 30 days advance booking and are subject to availability.
  8. Winner and guest must at least be 18 years of age or older in order to claim the prize and must be residents of the United Kingdom and can only be paid (if applicable) in the currency of such a country (Pound sterling – GBP).
  9. The winner and guest are responsible for carrying valid photo IDs, passports, and any other required documentation, prior to departure.
  10. This prize excludes optional or additional services such as; transfers, pre-tour or post-tour accommodation, ‘My Own Room’ or ‘My Own Tent’, insurance, amendments, and all incidentals, meals, gratuities, taxes, fees, levies, and transportation not expressly included in the listed itinerary.
  11. Redemption of prize: i) is subject to availability, ii) is valid on new bookings only, iii) may not be combined with any other offer or discount, iv) has no cash value, v) is not transferable, vi) is not eligible for ‘Lifetime Deposit’ nor ‘Guaranteed Departure’, and vii) cannot be exchanged by the winner ix) is non-commissionable if booked by or through an agency.
  12. The winner will be notified by Silver Travel Advisor and must contact G Adventures directly by phone and/or email to claim the prize, and G Adventures must agree to the chosen departure dates.
  13. Passport, visa, and vaccination procurement and costs are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.
  14. Prize is subject to the winner and guest agreeing to G Adventures’ booking terms and conditions, found here: gadventures.com/terms
  15. Please note that mandatory medical insurance, at the cost of the winner and guest, is required for participation. No liability is accepted if the winner and/or guest cannot travel because of insufficient or incorrect documentation.
  16. Travel insurance, including medical cover, is not provided as part of this prize.
