Terms and conditions: Win a voucher worth £1,000 for a self-catering cottage at Tregothnan in Cornwall

1. No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of Tregothnan, Wild Escapes or Silver Travel Advisor nor anyone else connected with the draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter.
2. You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.
3. Entries for the prize draw will be accepted until the closing date 31 October 2021.
4. The winners will be notified in early November 2021, and full details of how to book will be given at that time. The name of the winners will be displayed on this website. The winners must agree to participate in any reasonable press or PR activity relating to the competition. The winners must agree to his/her name and/or photo and/or likeness being used for publicity purposes, without compensation.
5. Competition entry is for members of Silver Travel Advisor resident in the UK over the age of 18.
6. The winner cannot transfer the prize to another person. The prize is non-refundable. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the specified prize. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.   The voucher worth £1,000 must be used for 1 booking only.
7. The prize is a voucher worth £1,000 to be used for a Wild Escapes holiday cottage or shepherd’s hut at the Tregothnan Estate in Cornwall. It is valid until December 2022 and the booking is subject to availability.
8. Winners are responsible for any additional costs such as tips, spa treatments, optional excursions and travel insurance.
9. No responsibility is accepted for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets, goods or other documentation lost or delayed in the post. Tregothnan, Wild Escapes and Silver Travel Advisor are excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might occur to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of the prize.
10. Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer. The organisers’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered. In the event of cancellation by the winner, for whatever reason, no alternative prize will be given.
11. Entry to this prize draw shall be deemed full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions. Tregothnon, Wild Escapes and Silver Travel Advisor reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. The prize provider and Promoter retain the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event that the original prize offered is not available.
12. This promotion will be governed by English Law.
