Terms and conditions: A fantastic cycling break for two in Provence courtesy of Cycling for Softies

This prize draw is now closed.

1. No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of Cycling for Softies or Silver Travel Advisor nor anyone else connected with the draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter.

2. You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.

3. Entries for the prize draw will be accepted until the closing date 31 October 2018.

4. The prize relates to two people for five nights sharing a double or twin room on Cycling for Softies ‘Starry Nights in Provence’ tour. Meals on a half board basis. Flights from London and transfers included. Booking date: before 31 January 2019. Departure dates in the following months only: April, May, June or September 2019. Subject to availability. E-bikes available upon request at an extra cost.

5. The winner will be notified in early November 2018, and full details of how to book will be given at that time. The name of the winner will be displayed on this website.

6. The winner cannot transfer the prize to another person. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the specified prize.

7. Cycling for Softies reserves the right to provide a substitute prize if the specified prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control.

8. The winner and partner must be 18 years of age or over.

9. Travel insurance and gratuities are not included in the prize; however, it is essential that the winner and partner take out adequate travel insurance.

10. Winners and their companions must supply valid passports, visas and where necessary, health documents, vaccinations and inoculations for themselves.

11. British passport holders should ensure that they have 6 months validity remaining. Holders of other nationality passports should check with their nearest embassy for individual requirements.

12. Cycling for Softies accepts no responsibility for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documentation lost or delayed in the post.

13. Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred, as a result of this offer. The organisers’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. This promotion will be governed by English Law.
