Terms and conditions: Fabulous scenery and great hospitality from Inghams in Austria

This prize draw is now closed.

  1. You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.

  2. No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of Hotelplan Ltd or Silver Travel Advisor nor anyone else connected with the draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter.

  3. Entries for the prize draw will be accepted until the closing date Monday 31 October 2016.

  4. Hotelplan Ltd reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

  5. The prize is for 2 adults sharing and is a 7 night stay at the Chalet Hotel Elisabeth in Lech, Austria, with flights, transfers and meal plan (as specified) included.

  6. The departure date is subject to availability, and will be between May and October 2017. 

  7. The prize excludes items of a personal nature and any excursions. The prize does not include insurance.

  8. The prize must be booked and taken by 31 October 2017.

  9. The winners will be notified in early November 2016, and full details of how to book will be given at that time. The name of the winners will be displayed on this website. The winner must agree to participate in any reasonable press or PR activity relating to the competition.

  10. The prize is capacity controlled, non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. The winners cannot transfer the prize to another person. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the specified prizes. The prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

  11. The organisers reserve the right to provide a substitute prize if the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.

  12. The winners and partners must be 18 years of age or over.

  13. Travel insurance and gratuities are not included in the prize, however it is essential that the winners and partners take out adequate travel insurance.

  14. Winners and their companions must supply valid passports, visas and where necessary, health documents, vaccinations and inoculations for themselves.

  15. British passport holders should ensure that they have 6 months’ validity remaining. Holders of other nationality passports should check with their nearest embassy for individual requirements.

  16. The organisers cannot accept any responsibility for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documentation lost or delayed in the post.

  17. Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer.

  18. This promotion will be governed by English Law.

  19. The prize is subject to the full terms and conditions of Hotelplan Ltd.

  20. The organisers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
