Terms and conditions – Win one of two fabulous prizes

1. No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of Warner Leisure Hotels, Viking River Cruises or Silver Travel Advisor nor anyone else connected with the draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter.
2. You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.
3. Entries for the prize draw will be accepted until the closing date 30th November 2015.
4. The Warner Leisure Hotels prize must be a 3 night, weekend break at Holme Lacy House Hotel for two people, taken between 1st January 2016 and 30 April 2016, subject to availability. Upgrades may be available for an extra supplement. The prize will comprise of Signature en-suite accommodation with Simply Dine option which includes full English or continental breakfasts and 3-course meal on each evening, plus full use of leisure and sport facilities and live evening entertainment. Treatments at the Salon Spa and excursions are not included in the prize, these will incur a supplement. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and excludes: Bank Holidays, Christmas breaks, New Year breaks, and any Star Breaks or Events. The prize does not include travel expenses, room extras or insurance. Terms and conditions apply, please call for details. 5. The Viking River Cruises voucher is non-transferable and non-negotiable and there is no cash alternative in lieu of the prize.  Vouchers must be used towards a holiday featured in the Viking 2016 / 2017 Europe, Russia & China brochure and can be combined with any early booking offer, special offer or promotion being offered by Viking River Cruises UK Limited at the time of booking.  Viking River Cruises UK Limited reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value should circumstances make this necessary.

6. The winners will be notified in early December 2015, and full details of how to book will be given at that time. The name of the winners will be displayed on this website.

7. The winner cannot transfer the prize to another person. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the specified prize. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer from either Warner Leisure Hotels.

8. Warner Leisure Hotels or Viking River Cruises reserve the right to provide a substitute prize if the specified prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control.

9. The winner and partner must be 18 years of age or over.

10. Travel insurance and gratuities are not included in the prize, however it is essential that the winner and partner take out adequate travel insurance.

11. Winners and their companion must supply valid passports, visas and where necessary, health documents, vaccinations and inoculations for themselves.

12. British passport holders should ensure that they have 6 months validity remaining. Holders of other nationality passports should check with their nearest embassy for individual requirements.

13. Neither Warner Leisure Hotels nor Viking River Cruises accept any responsibility for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documentation lost or delayed in the post.

14. Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer. The organisers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. This promotion will be governed by English Law.

16. The prize is subject to Blue Cruise and Viking River Cruises own terms and conditions.
