Terms and conditions: Win a 7-night holiday, with flights, in glorious Cyprus for two people from Biblio Travel

1. No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of Biblio Travel or Silver Travel Advisor nor anyone else connected with the draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter.
2. You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.
3. Entries for the prize draw will be accepted until the closing date 30 June 2021.
4. The winner will be notified in early July 2021, and full details of how to book will be given at that time. The name of the winner will be displayed on this website. The winner must agree to participate in any reasonable press or PR activity relating to the competition. The winner must agree to his/her name and/or photo and/or likeness being used for publicity purposes, without compensation.
5. Competition entry is for members of Silver Travel Advisor resident in the UK.
6. The winner cannot transfer the prize to another person. The prize is non-refundable. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the specified prize. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
7. The prize is a free 7-night holiday to the Larnaca region of Cyprus for 2 people, with 4-star B&B hotel accommodation and flights from Gatwick, Birmingham or Manchester included, to be taken in September or October 2021, subject to availability and any block out dates. 

8. Winners are responsible for any additional costs such as passports, visas, tips, spa treatments, optional excursions, meals and drinks other than breakfast and travel insurance. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize-winner.
9. No responsibility is accepted for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets, goods or other documentation lost or delayed in the post. Biblio Travel and Silver Travel Advisor are excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might occur to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of the prize.
10. Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer. The organisers’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered.
11. Entry to this competition shall be deemed full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions. Biblio Travel reserves the right to withdraw this incentive or change the details at any time.
12. This promotion will be governed by English Law.
