Terms and conditions: Win a 7-night river cruise for two people with A-ROSA River Cruises

1. No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of A-ROSA River Cruises, Newmarket Holidays or Silver Travel Advisor nor anyone else connected with the draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter.
2. You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.
3. Entries for the prize draw will be accepted until the closing date 31 March 2021.
4. The winner will be notified in early April 2021, and full details of how to book, by May 31st 2021 latest, will be given at that time. The name of the winner will be displayed on this website. The winner must agree to participate in any reasonable press or PR activity relating to the competition. The winner must agree to his/her name and/or photo and/or likeness being used for publicity purposes, without compensation.
5. Competition entry is for members of Silver Travel Advisor resident in the UK. A-ROSA and Newmarket Holidays will contact all entries by email to advise the winner’s name, and to offer the option on a one-off basis to receive further information about A-ROSA river cruises.
6. The winner cannot transfer the prize to another person. The prize is non-refundable. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the specified prize.  The prize is not applicable to existing A-ROSA river cruise bookings with Newmarket Holidays.
7. The prize is for valid on any Newmarket Holidays 7 night ‘Paris, Normandy and the Delights of the Seine’ departure in 2022, for two adults sharing a Category A cabin, subject to availability.   It includes return flights from London or Eurostar to Paris and transfers. Regional airports are available at a supplement.  All arrangements will be made by Newmarket Holidays.
8. Winners are responsible for any additional costs such as tips, spa treatments, optional excursions and travel insurance.
9. No responsibility is accepted for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets, goods or other documentation lost or delayed in the post. A-ROSA River Cruises and Newmarket Holidays are excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might occur to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of the prize.
10. Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer. The organisers’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered.
11. Entry to this competition shall be deemed full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions. A-ROSA River Cruises and Newmarket Holidays reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions.
12. This promotion will be governed by English Law.
