This prize draw is now closed.
- You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.
- No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of Warner Leisure Hotels, Forest Holidays or Silver Travel Advisor nor anyone else connected with the draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter.
- Entries for the prize draw will be accepted until the closing date Friday 31 March 2017.
- Warner Leisure Hotels and Forest Holidays reserve the right to alter, amend or foreclose the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- The Warner Leisure Hotel prize is a 3 night weekend break for 2 adults sharing in a standard room with ensuite, half-board (excluding Christmas, New Year and Star Breaks). The Forest Holidays prize is for up to four people staying in a Silver Birch cabin, self-catering, on either a 3 day weekend break, or a mid-week 4 night break.
- The prizes need to be taken in 2017 and are subject to availability.
- The prize excludes items of a personal nature, including transport to/from the accommodation and any additional expenses such as the bar / spa tariff etc must be paid for by the prize winner. The prize does not include insurance.
- The winners will be notified in early April 2017, and full details of how to book will be given at that time. The name of the winners will be displayed on this website. The winners must agree to participate in any reasonable press or PR activity relating to the competition. Contestants must agree to their names and/or photos and/or likeness being used for publicity purposes, without compensation.
- The prize is capacity controlled, non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. The winners cannot transfer the prize to another person. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the specified prizes. The prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
- The organisers reserve the right to provide a substitute prize if the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
- For the Warner Leisure Hotel prize, the winner and partner must be 21 years of age or over. For the Forest Holiday prize, the winner must be 18 years of age or over.
- Travel insurance and gratuities are not included in either prize, however it is essential that the winners and partners take out adequate travel insurance.
- Winners and their companions must supply valid passports, visas and where necessary, health documents, vaccinations and inoculations for themselves. Winners and guests are responsible for ensuring that all travel documents required for travel to the destination are in good order, and are valid prior to, and for the entire duration of the Prize Period. Pre and post accommodations; travel insurance, any optional excursions; passports, visas if required and all items of a personal nature are not included.
- British passport holders should ensure that they have 6 months’ validity remaining. Holders of other nationality passports should check with their nearest embassy for individual requirements.
- The organisers cannot accept any responsibility for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documentation lost or delayed in the post.
- Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer.
- This promotion will be governed by English Law.
- The organisers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The sponsors, their agents and/or suppliers of service accept no liability or responsibility in connection with injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of this contest or the prize awarded.
