Terms and conditions: Win a 6-night break for 2 people in Spain

This prize draw is now closed.

1. No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of Casa Higueras, Villa Hermosa Colina or Silver Travel Advisor nor anyone else connected with the draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter.
2. You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.
3. Entries for the prize draw will be accepted until the closing date 30 June 2020.
4. The winner will be notified in early July 2020, and full details of how to book will be given at that time. The name of the winner will be displayed on this website. The winner must agree to participate in any reasonable press or PR activity relating to the competition. The winner must agree to his/her name and/or photo and/or likeness being used for publicity purposes, without compensation.
5. The winner cannot transfer the prize to another person. The prize is non-refundable. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the specified prize.
6. The prize is for 3 Nights’ Bed & Breakfast in each property, a total of 6 nights. If required, additional nights can be added at 10% discount on the normal night rate, at either property. Breakfast is included. Flights and car hire are not included; car hire is essential. The properties are approximately 1 hour 30 minutes drive from each other (110 kilometres).Lunches and dinners are available at extra cost. For other facilities and amenities, please check the websites of the two properties. The holiday must be taken before 31st December 2021, and cannot be taken during peak times (Easter Week and Christmas and New Year 2020).
7. Winners are responsible for any additional costs and travel insurance.
8. No responsibility is accepted for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets, goods or other documentation lost or delayed in the post.
9. Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer. The organisers’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. This promotion will be governed by English Law.
