Terms and conditions: Win a 7-night guided tour for 2 people with TDactive Holidays

1. No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of TDactive Holidays or Travel Department or Silver Travel Advisor nor anyone else connected with the draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter.
2. You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.
3. Entries for the prize draw will be accepted until the closing date 28 February 2021.
4. The winner will be notified in early March 2021, and full details of how to book will be given at that time. The name of the winner will be displayed on this website. The winner must agree to participate in any reasonable press or PR activity relating to the competition. The winner must agree to his/her name and/or photo and/or likeness being used for publicity purposes, without compensation.

5. Competition entry is for members of Silver Travel Advisor resident in the UK. TDactive Holidays will contact all entries by email to advise the winner’s name, and to offer the option on a one-off basis to receive further information about TDactive Holidays.

6. The winner cannot transfer the prize to another person. The prize is non-refundable. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the specified prize.

7. The prize is a Footsteps of the Camino de Santiago Walking Holiday for two people, worth up to £999 per person for a duration of 7 nights departing from Hotel Ercilla Bilbao on 23 September 2021 and subject to availability at the time of booking. No flights are included. The holiday starts at the Hotel Ercilla Bilbao, which is approximately 6 km from Bilbao Airport. Check in to the hotel any time after 2pm. Find more information here. TDactive Holidays reserve the right to change any aspect of the prize. The prize will be subject to any additional terms and conditions when booking a TDactive Holidays.

8. All customers travelling with TDactive Holidays must have comprehensive travel insurance, including reimbursement for irrecoverable travel and accommodation expenses due to cancellation or curtailment.

9. Winners are responsible for any additional costs such as drinks, spa treatments and travel insurance. Travel insurance can be included at a supplement.

10. No responsibility is accepted for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets, goods or other documentation lost or delayed in the post. TDactive Holidays are excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might occur to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of the prize.

11. Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer. The organisers’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered.

12. Entry to this competition shall be deemed full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions. TDactive Holidays reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions.

13. This promotion will be governed by English Law.
