Terms and conditions – Essence of Voyager, Jersey and France prize draw

This prize draw has now closed.

1. No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of All Leisure Group or Silver Travel Advisor nor anyone else connected with the Prize Draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter.
2. You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.
3. Entries for the prize draw will be accepted until the closing date 29 February 2016. Entries will not be accepted outside this time period.
4. The winner will be randomly selected in an independently supervised draw in early March 2016, and full details of how to book, where appropriate, will be given at that time. The name of the winner will be displayed on this website. The organisers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The winner will receive a twin occupancy outside cabin (cabin number 3226) on ‘Essence of Voyager, Jersey and France’ departing 6th June 2016.
6. Travel insurance is not included, the passenger must have adequate travel insurance in order to travel.
7. Some excursions are optional, at an additional cost, and are subject to availability and change.
8. The prize is not transferable, no whole/part cash alternatives and Voyages of Discovery booking terms apply.
9. Voyages of Discovery reserves the right to alter the prize, provided an alternative prize is of equivalent value.
10. The prize draw is open to all UK residents over the age of 50.

11. The prize winner and travelling companion must both hold current EU passports.

12. No responsibility is accepted for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets, goods or other documentation lost or delayed in the post.

13. Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer.

14. Data Protection: Voyages of Discovery is part of All Leisure Holidays Ltd. The information we hold about the prize winner will be used to deal with your enquiry or booking, provide you with our latest news and offers or invite you to take part in research. We may also share your information with other All Leisure Holidays companies who may occasionally contact you about products and services we feel may be of interest to you. 15. Entry to the prize draw is deemed acceptance of the rules.

16. This promotion will be governed by English Law.
