- You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.
- Entries for the prize draw will be accepted until the closing date 31 December 2020 at 10pm.
- The winners will be notified in December/January, and full details of how to book, where appropriate, will be given at that time. The name of the winners will be displayed on this website.
- The winner cannot transfer the prize to another person. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the specified prize.
- All prize-giving companies named in point 1 above reserve the right to provide a substitute prize if the specified prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
- In the event that a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified that they have won a prize, we reserve the right to reallocate the prize to another winner.
- The winners must be 18 years of age or over.
- No responsibility is accepted for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets, goods or other documentation lost or delayed in the post.
- Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer. The organisers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Travel to and from the start point in France, fuel, boat damage waiver insurance and personal insurance are not included in the prize value. No food or drink is included. Terms & Conditions: Travel to the start and from the end of the bike tour in Europe is not included. The voucher must be redeemed within three years towards a Mercurio Bike Travel holiday, subject to availability. Day 7 – Original Cottages Terms & Conditions: The winning voucher must be used before 31 Dec 2021. There are no exclusion dates. All dates are subject to availability. No change will be given for stays with a value of less than £300. For stays with a value greater than £300, the balance difference will be payable by the winner. Standard booking terms and conditions apply. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
