Terms and conditions – Bid now for a fabulous Canaries cruise

1. The highest bidder will be offered a Type E grade twin outside cabin for two people on the fly cruise from 10-23 December.

2. Flights are included departing from London Gatwick or Manchester.

3. The successful bidder must be available to travel on 10th December 2015.

4. The winning bidder agrees to be contacted by Fred. Olsen with future offers.

5. The cruise is non-transferrable and there are no cash or credit alternatives.

6. No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of Fred.Olsen or Silver Travel Advisor is eligible to enter.

7. You do not need to purchase anything to make a bid.

8. Bids will be accepted until the closing date 30th November 2015.

9. The winning bidder will be notified on 1 December 2015, and full details of how to book will be given at that time. The name of the winning bidder will be displayed on this website.

10. The winner and partner must be 18 years of age or over.

11. Travel insurance and gratuities are not included in the bid and it is essential that the winner and partner take out adequate travel insurance.

12. The winning bidder and their companion must supply valid passports, visas and where necessary, health documents, vaccinations and inoculations for themselves.

13. British passport holders should ensure that they have 6 months validity remaining. Holders of other nationality passports should check with their nearest embassy for individual requirements.

14. The promotion is subject to Fred. Olsen’s own terms and conditions as stated in the Fred. Olsen 2015/2016 Worldwide Brochure .

15. A winning bid constitutes an agreement to purchase the cruise at the bid price.
