This prize draw is now closed.
- You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.
- No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of Shearings Holidays or Silver Travel Advisor nor anyone else connected with the draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter.
- Entries for the prize draw will be accepted until the closing date Sunday 31 August 2016.
- Shearings Holidays reserve the right to alter, amend or foreclose the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- The prize is for 2 adults sharing and is a 5-day European Christmas Market break by coach for two people departing 27 November or 4 December 2016, with return coach travel from the prize winner’s nearest joining point. Included is 4 nights hotel accommodation in a standard twin or double room, traditionally cooked breakfasts, 3-course evening meals and excursions.
- The departure date is subject to availability at the time of booking.
- The prize excludes all flights and transfers as well as any items of a personal nature and any excursions. The prize does not include insurance.
- The prize must be booked and taken by 4 December 2016.
- The winners will be notified in early September 2016, and full details of how to book will be given at that time. The name of the winners will be displayed on this website. The winner must agree to participate in any reasonable press or PR activity relating to the competition.
- The prize is capacity controlled, non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. The winners cannot transfer the prize to another person. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the specified prizes. The prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
- The organisers reserve the right to provide a substitute prize if the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
- The winners and partners must be 18 years of age or over.
- Flights, travel insurance and gratuities are not included in the prize, however it is essential that the winners and partners take out adequate travel insurance.
- Winners and their companions must supply valid passports, visas and where necessary, health documents, vaccinations and inoculations for themselves.
- British passport holders should ensure that they have 6 months validity remaining. Holders of other nationality passports should check with their nearest embassy for individual requirements.
- The organisers cannot accept any responsibility for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documentation lost or delayed in the post.
- Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer.
- This promotion will be governed by English Law.
