We are looking for a guest blogger to review this handsome self-catering property.

Arden House, a splendid example of the Arts & Crafts movement, is set in the glorious village of Church Stretton in Shropshire. It has three rather special self-catering apartments that are fantastic for exploring the local area, which has much to offer, especially for walkers or hikers, and was known by the Victorians as Little Switzerland, so flat it is not! It is also close to Shrewsbury, Ludlow and Much Wenlock: all charming towns worthy of a visit and if you’re a foodie, Ludlow’s Festival in September is an absolute must! Year round, restaurants and local pubs create superb food, for all tastes and budgets.

Arden HouseArden House is owner managed and thus has the personal touch, which is apparent in the design and attention to detail. Each apartment is fully furnished and well equipped, so a short break here is a pleasure. The Arts and Crafts features are much in evidence creating a unique environment for your stay. The views and gardens are truly magnificent, breath-taking indeed!      

Our guest blogger and partner will stay for two nights on a self-catering basis and sample all that this area of Shropshire has to offer. The owners are particularly keen to have walkers apply for this opportunity: they have a wealth of knowledge to share. We ask you, in return, to write two articles, each of 5/600 words with 3 or 4 photos, one on Arden House and one on the area.    

Our guest bloggers visit hotels, self-catering properties and B&Bs, generally in the UK, to review on our behalf.
